What a delightful scene unfolds at Wigwell in summer—vivid meadows bursting with birds-foot-trefoil, lady’s bedstraw, and the rare meadow clary, all singing with life and colour. It’s the kind of view that might make anyone think, perhaps it’s time to take my online french class in a setting this inspiring. The gentle morning light, the hum of insects, the wildflowers dancing on limestone slopes—it’s an invitation to pause and savour the simple beauty around us. Truly, such scenes remind us how uplifting nature can be, even when seen from afar.
